SCHULZ Systemtechnik GERMANY/Bremen develops highly complex special-purpose machines starting from the idea to a finished system and precise integration into the production process of our customers for industries such as the automotive industry, the food, drink and packaging industry, and electric or medical technology.
SCHULZ Systemtechnik is member of the international operating Schulz Group and is one of the leading developers of investment goods in several branches.

For our expanding business in China, we are looking for:
Mechatronics Engineer (m/f) for Automation Machinery in Dongguan, China

Responsibilities:
As a mechatronics engineer (m/f) you are responsible for the effective customer service within one of our main projects at the client´s location in Dongguan, China.

1.Installation and commissioning of special machinery at our client plant
2.Support during start-up and production
3.Maintenance (mechanical, electrical) and repair services to our products at the customer’s location
4.Determine equipment malfunctions and restore the equipment back to operation
5.Continuous improvement of the equipment in terms of availability, cycle time and quality
6.Replacement of wear parts and processing of reconstructions
7.Performing operator trainings
8.Processing of final acceptance and handover of the plant
9.Handling of warranty claims
10.Maintain records of all service activities and reporting documentation
11.Contact person for the customer regarding technical issues

Requirements:
1.Successfully completed education in technical field, e.g. as an electrician, electronic technician, mechatronics technician or equivalent
2.Experience in assembly, repair of electro-/mechanical components or in machine service in a manufacturing environment
3.Strong mechanical and electrical background
4.Capable of trouble shooting (electrical and mechanical) issues and develop an efficient solution to resolve problems
5.Valid driver’s license required
6.Ability to travel nationally/internationally
7.English and Chinese language skills
8.Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
9.Business professional manner and presentation
10.Excellent communication and relationship building skills
