奇昊汽车系统（苏州）有限公司位于苏州工业园区，是德国奇昊集团在中国投资的***家独资公司，成立于2006年7月，投资总额为2.7亿人民币，公司占地面积40,000平方米，厂房建筑面积12,000平方米并于2012年继续扩建厂房3,200平米。随着业务的迅猛发展，2010年奇昊集团在重庆建立了其在中国的第二家独资公司–奇昊重庆。2013年在沈阳开设其在中国的第三家独资公司，总投资5200万，厂房建筑面积5,000平方米。

奇昊汽车采用先进的成型、连接和表面处理技术，专注于生产各种高精密的汽车冲压成型件及其焊接金属模块，如前保险杠，后保险杠，仪表盘支架，发动机支架等。公司在中国的主要客户为沃尔沃卡车、上海通用、上海大众、华晨宝马、长安福特、一汽大众、吉利和上汽等。奇昊苏州已通过ISO/TS16949和ISO14001认证。

KIRCHHOFF Automotive is a leading development partner for complex metal and hybrid struc-tures in body-in-white and chassis applications for the international automotive industry. Our applications are widely used in passenger cars and trucks. In China, KIRCHHOFF Automotive operates three plants in the cities of Suzhou, Chongqing and Shenyang.

KIRCHHOFF Automotive (Suzhou) Co., Ltd is located in Suzhou Industrial Park where it’s the first individual proprietorship enterprise with 100% foreign investment by the KIRCHHOFF Group in China. It was established in July, 2006.The company covers an area of 40,000 square meters with workshop construction area of 12,000 square meters including welding and stamping equipment. With the rapid growth of our sales volume, the second company - KIRCHHOFF Au-tomotive Chongqing was founded in China in 2010. Furthermore, KIRCHHOFF Automotive Shenyang has been established in 2013.

With our core technologies of technical development, light weight construction, global project management, forming, joining and surface treatment we produce for example front and rear bumpers, cross car beams, engine cradles for passenger cars as well as cross-members and other chassis parts for trucks. Our main customers in China are Volvo Trucks, SGM, SVW BBA, Changan Ford, FAW-Volkswagen, Geely, SAIC.
