Responsibilities职责
· 督促铸造厂生产人员按有关标准、工艺、规范进行生产操作，协助解决各类工艺质量问题。
· Supervise that the production is carried out strictly in accordance with relevant standards, process and regulations by production personnel of casting facility. Help with process and quality issues.
· 及时向项目经理反馈突发的生产质量问题，并跟踪各项整改措施的进度。
· Timely report outstanding quality issues to project manager and follow up the implementation of corrective actions.
· 督促铸造厂按时交付产品。
· Urge casting companies to achieve timely delivery of products.
Qualification 任职要求
· 大专学历，金属材料或机械工程等相关专业背景的。
· Associate degree with major in Metal Material Science or Mechanical Engineering.
· 两年以上铸造企业工作经历。
· Over 2-year experience in casting enterprise.
· 熟练使用CAD绘图，了解质量管理体系。
· Be familiar with CAD and know Quality Management System.
· 品行端正，具备良好的人际沟通能力和团队协作精神，能适应较长时间出差。
· Be decent. Have a good capability of communication and team spirit. Be able to travel frequently.
· 特别优秀者可放宽学历要求。
· Highly qualified candidates may be appropriate to relax the academic requirements
