职位描述：
For an international chemical company we are currently looking for a Project Manager who is responsible for the engineering and construction of a new creative center.
Roles & responsibilities
? Acts as the single point of contact for the project owner and any external non-engineering third parties
? Responsible for co-ordination between all stakeholders locally, e.g. with regards to site search & assessments, lease due diligence and lease agreement signing formalities, gathering and collating user requirements, collecting design review comments, co-ordinating site visits, managing move activities, co-ordination of sign-offs etc
? Supporting the local user team (stakeholders) in developing user requirements, design reviews and issue resolution, by suggesting & investigating alternatives, mediating between stakeholders in case of disagreements and facilitate issue resolution between owner and any authorities or third parties
? Responsible for technical site assessments during the site search exercise and technical due diligence for the selected site. Responsible for reporting results/recommendations to Project local owner. This includes management of internal and external stakeholders
? Responsible for move “transition” project, i.e. all non-engineering actions required to ensure that the new facility is reliably up & running as fast as possible after facility hand-over. This will require pro-actively engaging owner resources in Shanghai
? Responsible for co-ordination of regulatory / permitting requirements and landlord requirements and managing the permitting/licensing schedule, where owner remains responsible for document signing and bears overall accountability that permits/license requirements are met.

Profile
? Education level Bachelor of Engineering or higher (civil/architectural or mechanical)
? Proven experience in the construction of laboratories and or clean rooms.
? Proven track record in China in similar roles for MNC’s for a period of 5 years or more
? Good English and Mandarin communication skills 举报 分享
