Key Responsibilities：主要工作职责

Job Responsibilities
？Develop and update the long term plan for the Education Department with a focus on:-
-Creation of Education Department goals
-Create Education strategic plan
-Develop curriculum, focusing on methods, outcome and continuation
-Develop budget and ensure goals achieved within budget
？Lead the battle against misconception of wearing glasses in China
？Give lectures to audience
？Oversee the design and production of promotion materials, brochures, posters
？Liaison with partners to educate the public of vision care, wearing glasses etc.
？Liaison with NGOs such as blindness prevention, eye hospitals
？Prepare and report education project to executive management
？Other special projects as identified or assigned


Supervisory Responsibilities
？Manage and direct staffs including recruitment, selection and development to achieve company goals and objectives

2. Job Requirements 职位要求

?Education/Qualification: Bachelor above degree in education, marketing

?Working Experience: Teaching license or 7+ years of related experience with education is preferred. Knowledge of optometry or ophthalmology preferred

?Language Requires: Good written and spoken English is a must. Good presentation skills
语言要求 英语良好，普通话流利


?Travel Requires: Travel frequently in China.
出差要求


?Others: Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues
