职位描述：
招聘要求：
1.本科以上学历，机械设计背景
2.英语流利
3.3年以上汽车制造业相关从业经验
4.熟练使用2D&3D，Pro-e，UG，NX,Catia等软件

Job requirement:
1. Above bachelor degree,graduate from key university(211) is plus,major in automotive engineering/engine/Mechanical design or related. Graduating student with master diploma is acceptable.
2. Above three years working experience in automotive industry or related: main engine company,automobile parts company.
3. Understand engineering drawings and GD&T,experience in design of metal parts,proficient in software of 3D and 2D,such as Pro-e,UG NX,Catia V5 etc
4. Be familiar with development process of product：APQP or 4Phase,understand the common tools,such as: FMEA,DVPR etc.
5. Capacity of written, reading in English and oral English;
Key duties include:
1. Create product concepts, DFMEAs, DVPRs based on customer needs past experience and input from TPM and SE.
2. Understanding and applying engineering product and material specification, perform engineering calculations and testing to select best product to meet customer needs.
3. Understanding and applying design guides
4. Creating 2D and 3D CAD models using Company or customer specified software and meeting customer requirements & standardized, implement ECR as necessary.
5. Evaluating designs for ease of assembly / manufacture and the use of common components
6. Calculating product static and dynamic loads, Performing stress/ strain calculations
7. Performing tolerance stack ups and clearance checks
8. Perform 3D layout package check based on customer provided package criterion.
9. Plan and actively participate in development of products working with suppliers of components, perform process capability and cost analysis. Supplying engineering BOM for the quotation.
10. As required meet with customer and present technical product solution presentation.
11. Interact with peers, colleagues in other locations, others in industry, and at universities to discover new ideas and leverage existing ideas which will ultimately lead to new products and/or improvements to existing products
12. Planning, implementing and managing engineering projects align with 4 phase
13. Communicating design requirements to our purchasing, manufacturing and quality departments as well as to our component suppliers
14. Problem solving
