工作职责
岗位描述/职责
1. 严格遵守公司的安全行为规范和各项安全操作规程；
2. 按生产计划任务，核对相对应的零件图号和工序号、对应的加工机台号、对应的生产日期、对应的程序号、刀具号等，确保工作任务按预先规定的要求执行；
3. 根据班次按排，保质保量地完成生产任务，并严格遵守公司的相关工艺纪律要求；
4. 负责对机床加工过程进行及时监控，确保机台人员和设备安全，严格按公司流程处理加工过程中的各种异常情况；
5. 负责加工过程序的零件质量控制，按规定的时间和频次完成过程检验，并确保检验数据的真实性和完整性；
6. 负责作好现场5S维护和设备自主维护；
7. 认真完成交接班记录，积极配合该操作任务与其上、下游工序间的沟通与协调；
8. 完成上级委派的其他工作任务。
任职资格
1. 机电、机械或相关专业职校或以上毕业；
2. 3年以上操作数控车床加工经验；有DMG或WFL机型操作经验者优先；
3. 熟悉机械制图、工艺、切削、刀具使用，会使用测量工具；
4. 能适应三班制工作任务安排；
5. 必须具有良好的合作精神和沟通能力；
6. 具有较强服务意识 、创新精神及钻研技术的热情；
7. 熟悉SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840 D SL加工设备及有技师证优先；
8. 根据公司需求和事先书面通知，服从工作的调整与培训。
