职位描述：
1. Neat and professional dressed at work.
2. Stay post during working time except for Saturday and Sunday when taking other tasks.
3. Answer phone calls and receive guests in a professional manner.
4. Manage stationary in a timely manner and keep a neat database.
5. Manage the locker keys for teachers and students. Give them out and take them in effectively upon request.
6. Help with postal, EMS and parcels of school and staff.
7. Book train tickets as required for foreign staff members.
8. Book visitors’ lunch and order taxi upon staff’s request.
9. Guide Ayi to allocate lunch boxes to designated places.
10. Support Saturday assessment upon Principal’s call.
11. Help with office supplies and stock registration as requested
