职位描述：
1. Responsible for technical solution of the gear box, coupling, interface of drive system among motor, gear and bogie during bidding.

负责项目投标阶段的齿轮箱、coupling、以及齿轮箱、电机和转向架的接口的技术方案确认。

2. According to the contract requirements to complete the gearbox and bogie interface optimization work; Defines the interface conditions, etc in project execution phase.

项目执行阶段，根据合同要求完成齿轮箱与转向架的接口优化工作;定义接口限制条件等。

3. Prepare and implement gearbox development planning, and organize reviews.

制定并执行齿轮箱客户审核发展计划，组织评审

4. Take part in domestic gear box suppliers’ development.

参与国产化齿轮箱供应商的开发.

5. Take part in gear box suppliers’ evaluation

参与国产化齿轮箱供应商的评估. .

6. Take charge of the check and update the technical documents and drawings which are given to suppliers.

负责对发放给供应商的技术文件图纸进行审核确认和更新. .

7. Responsible PAI for gear box and other responsible parts, like drawing prepare, checking; technical communication with supplier, CbC, type test specification and report approval etc.

负责齿轮箱及驱动系统等其它负责部件国产化的PAI，包括技术图纸准备、确认；与供应商的技术交流和供应商的技术响应的审核，型式试验大纲，报告确认等。

8. Support the FAI of gear box and other responsible parts.

支持齿轮箱及其它负责部件的FAI。

9. Support the maintenance, NCR of the responsible component during warranty service

产品质保期提供产品维护技术支持，分析和处理售后服务中的突发问题

10. Assisting other departments’ relevant work协助其他部门开展相关工作.

 

任职要求：

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or other related majors.

机械或相关专业本科以上学历

2.More than 5 years experience of gear box R&D;

五年以上牵引齿轮箱研发工作经验；

3.With relevant knowledge and experience of mechanical machining methods.

有相关的机械加工工艺的知识和经验。

4.Proven expertise and competence in the successful design and development of gearbox, plus relevant knowledge of propulsion systems and development condition of the industry.
