职位描述：

Principle Accountabilities

a. Compliance with plant’s EHS policy and procedure.

遵守公司EHS安全政策和操作流程

b. Responsible for equipment routine inspection and maintenance, record accordingly and report to engineer or supervisor timely if there is any abnormal found.

负责设备的日常检查、保养和维修并记录，遇到问题时及时汇报主管或工程师。

c. Carry out maintenance activities as schedule and arrangement required, follow related WI or procedure meanwhile record timely.

根据WI或者是程序开展日常的维修活动，并及时记录。

d. Responsible for tool check during shift change and follow spare parts management procedure.

做好交接班记录，并遵守备品备件管理程序。

e. Responsible for 5S job of appointed area.

负责制定区域的5S工作

f. Attend training actively to improve skills gradually to meet job requirement.

积极参加培训，逐步提高操作技能，满足岗位的工作要求

g. Finish additional works that supervisor arranged.

完成主管交代的其他工作任务

Personal Specification

a. College or technical school or above, Major in engingering,mechatronics or industrial automation

中专及以上学历，工程、机电一体化或工业自动化专业

b. Know about chemical industrial equipments, familiar with pneumatic & hydraulic equipments work principle

化工行业背景，熟悉液压设备操作准则

c. Can read and understand simple schematic diagram of equipments.

看懂设备图纸

d. More than 3 years in manufacturing enterprise in engineering or maintenance department.

三年以上制造行业同等工作经验

e. Good team work and cooperative spirit.
