职位描述：
Leading a team of Engineering professionals in a customer focused team environment, the ideal candidate will have a solid background in product engineering and project management. The candidate will possess the required skills in coaching, team building and effective decision making. A strong background in electronics manufacturing processes and business systems is also required.



The successful candidate will become a member of the business unit leadership team in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province of China.



The key areas of responsibility include:

* Project/Product Engineering

* New Product Introduction

* CAD/CAM

* BOM Management with related ECN processes

* Component Engineering

* Product Cost Reduction

* Testing Development and Failure Analysis/Trouble Shooting

* Quality and Proceess Improvement



DUTIES/RESPONSIBLITIES include, but not limited to:

* Leadership and development of:

- Product Engineering

- Test Engineering (assist Test Engineering Leader)

- Process Engineering (assist Process Engineering Leader)CAD/CAM

- Documentation and Data Control

* Resource planning for the business unit Engineering team

* Business Unit equipment needs and requirements planning

* Providing expertise, training and support to ERP related business processes as applied to the Engineering function

* Overseeing and developing methods & procedures and common approaches

* Identifying training needs and executing where appropriate

* Driving Best Practices within the Business Unit



QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)

* Project management experience (5+ yrs)

* Electronics manufacturing experience (8+ yrs)

* Leadership experience (3+ yrs)

* Working knowledge and experience with ERP systems (e.g. BAAN, JDE, Oracle, SAP)

* Knowledge of “Lean Manufacturing”. Experience with rapid change models such as Kaizen

* Knowledge of electronics test development would be an asset

* Excellent presentation skills and experience in customer relations

* Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and thrives on autonomy and the challenges of continuous improvement.

* Fluent English and Mandarin in both Oral and Written 举报 分享
