Export of goods
Assuring correct customs documentation to enable the exportation of goods to overseas countries
Keep customers well noted for export documentation
Import of goods
Assuring correct documentation is provided to the customs import agent in order to import product related (raw) materials
Transported good
Managing a group of (third party) transporters for international transportation
Record and report any abnormal activities during execution
Customs documentation &Registration
First point of contact for Customs authorities and Customs agent. Providing necessary data to ensure flawless customs procedures.
Space/stock coordination
Good coordination with planning/warehouse for on time stock space and checking for shipping in/out
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Essential skills
Good written English
Basic office software application
Accurate in data processing
Teamwork, coordination and communication
Education/experience
Junior college or above
work experience of import/export at least 2 years
SOCIAL INTERACTION
Reporting any irregularities.
Harmonising activities with planning and production and warehouse, and any department may concerned.
Maintaining relations with external agents
Registering and share logistical data.
