Position/Job Description:
Support manager to do continues improvement activities and works closely to ensure that process and methodologies are achieved company strategy/KPI’s.
Internal Logistic Flow and Process Design
Process, such as Repacked, Line Feeding, Boxes and so on, Standardization
Supplier Package Standardization
Required Tool Installment Plan and Execution ( Picking system, Location structure, Barcode system, IT tools etc )
Lead Improvement Activity on site with lean principles
Warehouse Layout Improvement according to Designed Process
Warehouse Location Structure Improvement
Close Communication with Warehouse Dept.
Other task assigned by manager.

Preferred qualifications:
Over 5 years of practical job experience in manufacturing or logistic engineering
Be proficient in Toyota Production System, Lean manufacturing principles/processes, procedures and best practices, have sufficient LEAN practical experience;
Be proficient in Auto- CAD software for layout design
Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skill
Analytical / problem solving skills.
Bachelor degree or above; Major in engineering
English Communication ( Written and Oral )

Skills and Capabilities(soft skill):
Team work spirit and communication skill.
Strong lean manufacturing knowledge.
Good team plyer
