Purpose 目的
The Inspection Engineer will ensure compliance to customer specifications on product manufactured at the facility before shipment of castings. The inspection Engineer will ensure that each and every castings shipped from the facility receives proper testing via NDT methods (UT, MT, LP, BHN, etc.). 检验工程师是确保本厂制造的铸件在出厂前满足客户规范的要求，即确保本厂生产的每一件铸件在出厂前都通过了无损检验（如UT、MT、LP、BHN等）。
In addition, the engineer will ensure that Metso product is dimensioned and complies with drawing dimensions before palletizing castings and shipment. The engineer will also manage the shipping area and ensure that castings are shipped when ready to the correct locations and, when required, all necessary certifications accompany said castings. 另外，检验工程师还需确保客户Metso的产品（铸件）在装箱出货前符合图纸上的尺寸要求，还应管理整个产品出货区域，确保运货地址正确，必要时还需在出货时提供相关检验等证书。

Principal Accountabilities 主要职责
1. Inspection Engineer shall understand, based on Marketing specifications, what the requirements of each casting produced in the foundry are.检验工程师应根据市场部提供的规范，了解工厂生产的每件铸件的要求；
2. Supervise and manage inspectors for all forms of NDT inspection.
应根据上述规范监督工厂内各种方式的无损检验工作；
3. Responsible for inspection of sample castings and required to drive inspection of all samples to meet release dates for delivery to the customer. Inspection shall ensure that sample castings are inspected 100% and reviewed, in person, by a member of Process Control Engineering/QC Mgmt. before approval and release.对铸件样品的检验负责，督促各种样品的检验、满足客户对出货日期的要求。在批准出货前，和过程控制工程师/QC管理人员一起参加铸件样品的100%检验，并评审检验结果；
4. Responsible to ensure that each casting that is passed through the finishing room has met requirements as discussed above.负责确保任何通过精整车间处理的铸件满足上述要求；
5. Ensure that any castings found non-conforming to specifications are marked “HOLD” for review by process control and not released back to production.确保检验中发现的任何不符合规范的铸件都标上“暂时扣留”标记，然后由过程控制人员评审，不得送回生产线；
7. The Inspection engineer shall schedule 3’rd party analysis for casting review as appropriate to allow shipment by required shipment dates. (“UM” Castings for KUCC/PTF/etc.)检验工程师应按照出货日期的要求对铸件安排适当的第三方检验、评审和分析（对超声测厚铸件进行KUCC/PTF分析评审等）；
8. The Inspection engineer shall ensure that 3’rd party inspectors are supplied with applicable forms and data (i.e. specs and drawings) upon arrival for testing and ensure that castings are within required surface conditions so that proper inspection via 3’rd party can be completed. This all must be done according to appropriate specifications.检验工程师需确保在第三方检验人员开始工作前能够获得检验中需要使用的表格和数据（如规范、图纸等），还需确保检验中涉及的铸件符合检验需要的表面光洁度的要求（具体可以查阅有关产品规范）；
9. Inspection engineer shall ensure that casting inspection records are kept for each casting and that required inspection certifications are sent to the customer when required.应保存每一件铸件的检验记录，如果客户提出要求，可以向客户发送检验证书；
10. Inspection shall ensure that applicable ITP’s are followed. and ensure that inspection forms are returned back to Process Control 应按照适用的检验测试程序进行检验，检验中填写的表格应送回过程控制人员。

Position Qualifications 资质要求
1. NDT certifications with respect to MT and UT and/or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
有无损检验MT（磁粉探伤）和UT（超声探伤）证书和/或工程类本科学历证书；
2. Basic understanding of foundry techniques and casting defects.
对铸造技术和铸件缺陷有基本的理解；
3. Proven analytical skills.
有分析技能；
4. Proficiency with MAGMA casting simulation, CAD/Inventor software desired. Skilled in use of Microsoft Office software.
熟悉MAGMA铸造模拟系统，熟悉CAD/Inventor软件的优先，能够熟练使用微软办公软件；
5. Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
