POSITION职位
The Quality Engineer is responsible for embedding quality throughout the product engineering process by engaging in all phases of the Product Development Life Cycle starting with the Planning Phase. Based on Product specification, the QE will conduct Quality Engineering activities including test definition, execution, and implementation. Expert understanding of cable assembly, networking technologies and protocols (wired and wireless) is critical to success. The QE will contribute to a project team with testing of various critical projects.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Hands on experience and in depth understanding of Quality Engineering and Quality Tools.
对质量工程有深刻的理解并熟练掌握质量管理的各种工具。

? Develop quality standard and requirements for each NPI. Execute the requirements from Planning to Mass production Phase.
开发NPI的质量标准及要求；并从计划到量产过程中执行这些标准和要求。

? Establish standard protocol and tools for SQA inspector, IQC inspectors and IPQC inspector to identify and rectify the defect in the early stage.
创建SQA/IQC/IPQC检验员的标准操作流程和工具，以便在生产流程早期识别和纠正缺陷。

? Establish, review and modify company quality management system and Implementation.
创建、回顾和完善公司质量管理体系和实施过程。

? Perform Data collection, Data analysis and generate quality report with standard tools.
完成数据收集、分析和日常的质量报告。

? Working closely with other departments in the company, particular the production, Project Management, Sourcing and Purchasing to ensure the quality process will be implemented from the components to finished goods.
与其他部门紧密协作，尤其是生产部门、项目管理部、采购部等，确保质量管控在生产过程中实施到位。

? Promote quality continuous improvement.
协助工艺持续改善。

? Handle customer complaints, issue 8D corrective action reports. Improve customer satisfaction

? Support the compliance team to meet relative audit.
协助验厂部门完成相关审计。

? Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
始终保持一个安全、整洁的工作环境。

? Understand, follow and enforce all Company rules, expectations and regulations.
了解，遵循并且执行公司所有的规定和规则。

? Perform all other duties as assigned or required by management.
执行由管理层指派或要求所有其他工作。

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
学历和经验要求:

? B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or relevant
本科学历，EE或ME或相关专业。

? Minimum 3 years in Quality Engineering with Foreign-Owned factory is better.
要求在质量管理方面有至少3年以上经验；有外资企业工作经验者优先。

? Be familiar with computer and English skill.
熟练使用电脑和微软办公软件，尤其是EXCEL。

? Able to work independently under pressure and can accept multiple tasks simultaneously
