职位描述：
职位职责 (简要说明)
? Monitor, communicate and improve suppliers’ performance;
? Support Supplier Qualification and Disqualification
? Conduct supplier audit for supplier qualification and continues improvement;
? Champion supplier related quality issue solving;
? Initiate and follow-up supplier corrective action (SCAR);
? Lead first article qualification;
? Assist in souring team in developing new supplier.

主要工作内容/职责（列举清单）
? Maintain and update Annual supplier audit system and schedule;
? Perform periodic audits of Supplier Quality Systems for the purpose of assuring continued Supplier conformance to the quality system requirements.
? Initiate and follow-up Supplier Corrective Actions (SCAR) in partnership with suppliers and souring team to ensure complete and effective root cause analysis and corrective action implementation;
? Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with engineering team, R&D team, and suppliers to eliminate recurrence of nonヽonformances;
? Lead evaluation and qualification of new supplier materials following a defined First Article Qualification process;
? Support Supplier Qualification and Disqualification;
? Assist souring team in developing long﹖erm supplier relationships and generate and implement cost reduction ideas;
? Train Suppliers to effectively execute Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) and internal continues improvement;
? Determine part critical characteristics and required process controls with the assistance from R&D and engineering team;
? Communicate urgent issues to Supplier Quality Leadership;
? Maintain required documentation and files;
? Other assigned task.

任职资格

 知识/教育程度
? Bachelor degree with a major in engineering or equivalent;
? Familiar with basic knowledge of Validations.
? Knowledge of various quality system methodologies 8D, Lean, 5 Why’s, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, 8-D, PFEMA, PPAP, etc. preferred;
? Understanding of project management(experience preferred);
? Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing and, procedures, facilities and equipment;
? Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 is preferred. 举报 分享
