职位描述：
？ Be responsible for design of the production line and tools, and equipments;
？ Be responsible for the improvement of production efficiency;
？ Be responsible for the automatic solution of mass production;
？ Be responsible for PFMEA;
？ Be responsible for the work instruction of machinery;
？ Be responsible for the training of new process or new machinery;
？ Coordinate with the test device maintenance;
？ Coordinate with R&D engineer for the new development;
？ Coordinate with buyer for the technical specification of machinery or production line;
？ Coordinate with maintenance man for the production line running & maintenance;
？ Coordinate with maintenance man for the management of spare parts;
？ Implement for ISO9001 and ISO14001 system;
？ Other tasks from the management.

？ Diploma or university degree in engineering, mechanical, electrical or similar field;
？ Above 5 years’ working experiences especially for PV industry in advance.
？ Experience on ERP system like SAP;
？ Experience on APQP & PPAP;
？ Experience on project management.
？ Strong personality, good ability in planning, organizing, coordinating, analyzing & team work spirits;,
？ Good team player,
？ Active work attitude, willing to bear high work pressure
？ Good communication skills in English;
？ Familiar with Auto-cad 2D, 3D and Office software;
