Position: Technical Sales Engineer-Automobile
Dept.: Sales
Report to: Sales Manager-Automobile
Responsibility:
? Interface with Customer to determine needs / wants / CTQ elements, define project parameters for material & process
? Interface with internal R&D and manufacturing to develop new products to meet specific customer needs / application
? Act as project manager to drive new business opportunities to closure, based on well understanding of OEMs and tiers requirement (timeline, process, testing, regulation)
? Handle quotation, contract, forecast, urgent PO and delivery
? Work with customer’s SQE and quality people on inspection procedure, handle quality complain, troubleshoot quality issues.
? Manage account relationship.
? Develop new account and opportunity/application in Chinese Market.
? Market survey on new product, new material and new application, include new regulations.
? Other tasks assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or printing is preferred.
2. 3~5 years experience Sales or Account Management in printing, die cutting industry, familiar with automotive industry is preferred.
3. Familiar with CAD or relative 2D, 3D software is preferred.
4. Hands- on practice for related application will be required.
5. Possess strong understanding of manufacturing, materials, and methods
6. Possess a fundamental curiosity about how things work.
7. Excellent communication skill required (include listening, writing, speaking in both English and Mandarin).
8. Strong interpersonal skills.
9. Proactive, self-motivated, good business acumen.
Working conditions:
Based in Shanghai Office.
Frequent domestic travel and some level of international travel are required.
