职位描述：
1. In charge of equipment management to ensure the performance of equipment are normally, efficiently and safely.
负责公司的设备管理，保障设备正常、高效、安全运行；

2. Responsible for the works of mechanic and electric maintenance and repair team, set down regular maintenance plan to improve the ratio of equipment in good condition.
负责机械和电气维修班组的工作，制定设备的定期维修计划，提高设备完好率；

3. Lead maintenance team to accomplish missions and carry out company’s relevant instructions.
组织维修班组完成维修任务，执行公司的有关指令；

4. In charge of the management of equipment spare parts, balance equipment’s operating and maintenance and repair costs.
负责公司设备备件管理，平衡设备运行维护成本；

5. Responsible for the technical development of production equipment, meet the needs of continual development in producing.
负责公司生产设备的技术发展，满足生产的持续发展要求；

6. Be in charge of reviewing and refreshing the job safety analysis and safety operation process annually.
负责每年对岗位安全分析和安全作业指导书进行评估和更新；

7. In charge of the management of special type equipment and the chemical hazardous materials.
负责公司的特种设备及化学危险品的管理工作；

8. Collect and categorize records and prepare report forms timely.
收缴整理各类记录，按时完成各种报表；

9. Constitute working processes & behavior code, regulation and encouraging rules in own Dept.
负责建立和制定本部门的管理文件，如行为规范、规章制度及激励机制；

10. Follow other commands not Listed above from Management.
