2、督查车间各个岗位严格按照岗位操作规程运作。
3、协助生产经理贯彻执行公司的成本控制目标，加强对车间备品备件、设备检修消耗物资的控制，降低生产成本。
4、协助生产经理做好各生产线日产量安排及日报表的审核工作。
5、协助生产经理做好车间生产安全工作以及安全规程的制定、落实和检查。
6、协助生产经理做好各生产线人员安排和绩效考核工作。
7、协助生产经理拟定及完善车间管理制度，并推行落实。
8、协助生产经理做好5S管理，创造良好的工作环境，提高员工素养。
9、协助生产经理严格监督、检查生产过程的生产用料。
10、协助生产经理，跟踪各生产线的生产进度与产品质量控制。

诺森于2014年初进驻常州市武进绿色建筑产业集聚示范区，具体占地位于龙江南路以西、高家路南侧，总用地面积47503.87平方米（约71亩），总建筑面积24558平方米，主要包括3幢厂房和3幢研发车间。总投资4998万美元，其中，固定资产投资3822.35万美元，包括国产设备费用1411.69万美元：流动资金1175.65万美元。
轻钢结构房屋采用轻钢密助柱及复合围护构成，充分采用美国发达的建筑技术，各项建筑物理性能卓越，是高效节能型绿色建筑体系。具有生态环保、抗风抗震、经久耐用、灵活适用、保温隔热等多项优点。产品年产预计达2000套，将广销国内外。
厂区建设预计在2015年10月底结束。届时将为进一步促进武进区装备制造业的发展，走新型工业化道路，加快城市现代化建设步伐，推动区域经济快速发展做出巨大贡献。

Northann (Changhzhou) Construction Products LTD---hereinafter referred to as ‘Northann’ has a wholly-owned investment by Norhtann Building Solutions LLC from US. Northann is a specialized corporation engaged in light steel integrated building production and research and development of light steel integrated building materials.
Northann in early 2014 entered the green building industry cluster demonstration area in Wujin, Changzhou. The company is located in the west of Longjiang south road and the south of Gaojia Road. The total area is 47503.87 square meters(about 71 acres) and the total construction area is 24558 square meters, mainly including 3 factory buildings and 3 development workshops. The total investment is $ 49.98 million, in which fixed-assets investment is $38.22 million, including domestic equipment cost $14.12 million, besides, liquidity is $11.76,million.
Light steel integrated building is constituted by light steel dense aid column and complex containment, which fully used developed building technology from America and all the physical properties are remarkable. It is an energy-efficient green building system. There are a number of advantages, such as eco-environment protection, wind and earthquake resistance, durability, fixable application and heat insulation. The annual production is expected to 2 thousand set.
The factory plant construction will end in October 2015. Then it will make a significant contribution to promoting the further development of equipment manufacturing in Wujin, taking new industrialization road, accelerating the pace of the city’s modernization construction and promoting the rapid development of regional economy.
