职位描述：
岗位要求：
1.财务相关专业大专以上学历，持会计上岗证
2.两年以上外企财务工作经验，熟悉财务相关工作内容与工作流程；
3.熟悉国家税收政策，熟练掌握财务管理、会计核算相关知识与技能，有独立做帐经验，能够熟练处理出口退税业务；
4.熟练使用财务软件，具有良好的沟通和协调能力；

岗位职责：
1.在系统中录入有关现金/银行存款的凭证，确保资金的实际余额与系统及银行存款一致。
2.外债相关关业务，包括外债备案，使用及销户，相关银行账户的开立及关闭。
3.所有与客户有关的业务操作，包括国内国外发票的购买/开具/退票/邮寄/红字证明，收款的处理，及时在系统中录入相关发票信息及其凭证，与销售部门就相关问题的沟通回复，佣金的支付及相关凭证录入，每月初与关联公司就应收款余额对账，外管局监测系统中延期收汇备案等相关事宜。
4.所有出口退税相关事宜，包括出口报关异常情况下的特殊处理，与物流部沟通，相关退税资料的整理装订。
5.确保每月底税务系统中的销售额，销项税额与系统数据一致。
6.银行付汇工作及相关资料的准备与整理装订。
7.每周的周报表除供应商部分的数据更新。
