? Oversee all functional areas listed in terms of systems development, operating metrics setting and achievement, and staffing

? Ensure proper communication and cooperation between all functional departments within the company

Qualifications任职资格:

? BS or MS in manufacturing or related degrees 有本科或硕士相关学历,在制造相关领域与专业。
Work experience:工作经验
? At least 8 years of management in plant operation including manufacturing, material, quality, facility maintenance, etc.
至少有8年以上的工厂运营管理经验,包括生产、原料、质量的管理以及设备维护管理等
? Experience in automobile or similar industry is preferred 有在汽车行业或者相关行业工作经验
? Experienced in TS16949 certification is preferred 有TS16949认证经验者优先

? In depth understanding of manufacturing processes both at the foundry and machining processes

? Able to apply Six-Sigma tools and methods to achieve robust, high-quality, reliable, cost effective designs and reduce cost of design-related defects. (Six-Sigma GB certificated is preferred.)
