Qualifications任职资格：
Education background教育背景
？ BS or MS in manufacturing or related degrees 有本科或硕士相关学历，在制造相关领域与专业。
Work experience：工作经验
？ At least 8 years of management in plant operation including manufacturing, material, quality, facility maintenance, etc.
至少有8年以上的工厂运营管理经验，包括生产、原料、质量的管理以及设备维护管理等
？ Experience in automobile or similar industry is preferred 有在汽车行业或者相关行业工作经验
？ Experienced in TS16949 certification is preferred 有TS16949认证经验者优先

？ Good presentation and customer communication skills, confident, logical, convincing and forceful

？ In depth understanding of manufacturing processes both at the foundry and machining processes
