Job Description工作描述：
1、Work with Application Engineer or Product Engineer to deliver local support of product structure for established projects
协助应用工程师和产品工程师为已实施的开发项目提供的结构设计方面的支持
2、Create Layout and 3D Package for A.E or P.E. per customer requirement
根据客户需求，为产品工程师和产品工程师创建3D设计布置图
3、Complete the detail design and engineering drawings per 3D package and layouts, as well as internal Design Standards, defined work flow etc.
参考内部设计标准和工作流程，根据布局图，完成详细设计和工程图设计等工作
4、Conduct dimension stack-up calculations and tolerance re-allocation (if necessary) for key components
为关键零部件创建尺寸链分析，如有需要，重新设计尺寸公差
5、Go to visit customers together with Application Engineer or Product Engineer to understand customer or new product design requirement
与AE工程师和PE工程师以及设计师一起拜访客户，全面了解客户与新的产品设计需求。
6、Check the design work from other design engineers, be able to detect errors on instructions and flag them for correction
发现与查明来自其它不同的设计师的设计及流程上的错误，并标示出它们，以改正
7、Go to visit supplier with together with Application Engineer or Product Engineer to figure manufacturing problems out, as well as supplier capability investigation.
与AE工程师和PE工程师以及设计师一起拜访供应商，解决制造工艺问题，或调查供应商能力
8、Participates in project review meeting and strategic planning of project, provides technical guidance with engineering, design, and manufacturing knowledge of products
参加项目评审会议和项目计划会议，在设计、工艺上提供技术指导与建议

Qualifications任职资格：
1、Education background教育背景
Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or equivalent (Master Degree preferred)
大学本科以上，机械工程、力学相关专业，硕士优先，条件优秀者亦可
2、Work experience：工作经验
Have the experience in turbocharger, diesel/gasoline engine or auto power-train is a plus
在校期间有涡轮增压器、汽柴油发动机或汽车动力方面的设计研发经验者优先
有逆向设计经验的优先考虑。
3、Key Skills： 技能要求
1.Excellent English in both writing and speaking is needed 有良好的英语写和说，交流能力
2.Be proficient in CAD software, Pro/E (Creo) is priority, 熟练掌握CAD软件的使用，Pro/E (Creo) 熟练使用者优先
3.Familiar with Windows and Office software 熟练应用Windows和Office软件
4.Thoroughly understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances (ASME Y14.5-2009 or ISO 1101-2004)
充分了解几何尺寸与公差(ASME Y14.5-2009 or ISO 1101-2004 )相关知识
5.Understanding of manufacturing processes both at the foundry and machining processes, including measurement analysis (for exp. GR&R) and capabilities studies (for exp. Cpk study)
对制造（铸造和机加工）有相应的的掌握了解，包含测量分析（如GR&R）和过程控制（如Cpk 分析)
6.Good presentation and communication skills, confident , logical and convincing
