Responsibilities

Safety
- Ensure company practice to meet local government's requirement on safety, health & environment.
- Deliver safety awareness training to all employees
- Plan and organize the safety activities, such as safety committee, first aid team etc.
- Organize the weekly safety inspection and track all findings
- Conduct daily safety audit and equipment safety release
- Observe and analyze the potential safety risk in the plant area to prevent accident
- Investigate, analysis and find out the root cause when accident occurs
- Personal protective equipment management
- Monthly inspection to the fire prevention system
- Organize the fire drill at least twice per year
- Coordinate with the fire maintenance supplier on the issues of troubleshooting and annual inspection
- Supervise handling the inflammable chemicals
- Create safety rules and regulations and make sure of well implementation
- Coordinate with security company and public security bureau
- Manage the annual operation certificate audit of special staff like forklift driver, boiler operator, electrician...& establish kinds of accounts & arrange re-audit
- Supervise security guards
Environment
- Comprehend and implement ISO 14001 environmental management system in the company
- Identify environmental aspects, impact and establish environmental objectives, targets and environmental ma management programs
- Collect applicable environmental laws and regulations, inform related departments
- Keep good internal/external communication on environmental aspects and EMS
- Identify the potential risk and response to accidents and emergency situations and to prevent and mitigate the environmental impacts that may result
- Supervise completing of corrective and preventive action activities
- Monitor and measure all environmental management activities and improvements.
- Monitor and measure environmental pollution parameters according to law and regulations
- Maintain environmental management system records to ensure that the data is readily available, accurate and reliable
- Conduct environmental system internal audit annually
- Supervise the handling of hazardous materials and waste including water, air and solid waste according to regulation and Delphi requirements.
Health
- Supervise and support health management
- Supervise and support the prevention to the epidemic and occupational disease and food poisoning




Qualification:

- Bachelor degree with major in safety, environmental or related fields
- At lease three-year experience in EHS field
- Working experience in foreign enterprises is preferred
- Familiar with safety, environmental regulations and knowledge
- Good skills in communication, coordination, and pushing issues
- Good ability in planning, organizing, analyzing & team work spirits;
- Active work attitude, willing to bear high work pressure
- Written & Oral communication in English;
- Familiar Office software;
