RESPONSIBILITY
1) Focuses on equipment OEE (Overall Equipment effectiveness) improvement through reducing mini-step and conducting effective preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance to prevent machine unscheduled shutdown.
2) Arranges equipment/fixtures/tooling PM as per schedule to reduce unscheduled down time and extends their service life span.
3) Manages spare parts with efficiency and low cost-control the part stock level, consignment, regular stock counting and replenishment in time to ensure the continuity of production activities.
4) Keeps communication channel with global team and oversea vendor for project transfer and new product launch in equipment portion.
5) Manages related document alignment with TS16949 requirement.
6) Leads equipment engineers and technicians to drive for excellence and grow with company.
7) Coaches/encourages equipment technicians to get excited about work and uses reinforcing feedback methods in order to encourage good working habits.
8) Provides a complete and accurate daily work schedule equipment technicians which requires no variance/deviation from production line.
QUALIFICATION
1) B.S. degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent areas.
2) Above 3 Years of experience in equipment function; experience in a high volume manufacturing environment in MNCs is preferred.
3) Be able to read Schematic and mechanical drawing and use autoCAD.
4) Basic knowledge of PLC or Vc++/Vb or Visual studios or CM51 programming is preferred.
5) Sound understanding of TS16949 with the ability to audit equipment areas of system requirements. Basic knowledge of ESH and TPM.
6) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
