职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.To monitor and optimize current manufacturing processes by improved process design
2.To identify and implement improvements in manufacturing, engineering and maintenance operations
3.To co-ordinate and support process improvements
4.To develop and maintain work instructions and training materials
5.To prepare process, tool and fixture drawings
6.To participate in purchasing manufacturing equipment, tooling and production facilities
7.To support implementing sufficient capacities and outstanding technologies
8.To support capacity planning
9.To sustain the process development incl. machine, machine tools, documents and so on in terms of project development
10.To support supplier process development and improvement
11.To be able to design fixtures, tools etc. (can design the solutions independently)
12.To carry out the tasks assigned by the superior

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or similar
Working experience in automotive serial production and/or high volume manufacturing industry
Metal forming and/or metal machining knowledge, fluent in Chinese and English or German,
ideally experience with SAP, FMEA and CAD Software 举报 分享
