职位描述：

Job Purpose:

New product development. Take ownership of the whole process of new product development including technical discussions with clients, solutions, trial process until the mass production of new products.

Job Description:

• Technical confirmation (based on equipment capabilities)
• Supply information to financial on quotation, like recovery
• Set up qualification timeline and metal plan (sampling plan) according to customers’ project timeline and qualification requirements
• Set up team in plant and including sales to review each item in the qualification finish on time
• Coordinate test internal and external according to customers’ requirements.
• Follow the stamping trial with tech rep.
• Make sure all documentation updated and approved internal (flow path, Sc/Cc, PFMEA, Control plan, data, process capability, measurement system assurance, part submission warrant,…..)
• Submit required data and documentation to customer and get approval from them. If not totally approved, need to have temperate plan to meet customer’s SOP and actions to improve process.
• Send all final approved material to quality group to save.
• Isolation of problem material and temporary solution to prevent bad metal to customer respectively when big complaints from customer
• Root cause analysis with plant and actions to take
• Verification on effects of actions taken
• 8D report to customer and approval
• Close 8D and send 8D report to quality department to save and make sure all actions had finished.

Job Requrements:

• University or technical college education in the field of materials science / engineering with specialization in materials science, focus on "metallic materials"
• 5+ years experience in metal material processing industry or automotive industry

• Solid knowledge about casting, hot rolling, cold rolling

• Familiar with CASH and product, quality system and lab test.

• Superior customer service skills; ability to work directly with customers to establish a long term relationship

• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills; ability to communicate with all levels in the organization; Excellent English language skills

• Personal traits should include the ability to utilize human relation skills to motivate, train, understand, and develop others to attain the objectives

• Desire to take initiative and develop a pro-active relationship with employees through follow-up,
