职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 支持公司发展，维护并遵守集团及分公司质量体系/程序/政策;
2. 参与到解决客诉的过程中;
3. 确保根据集团质量程序，彻底的解决投诉及误差
4. 客户联络
5.根据客户要求及公司程序，处理客户投诉;
6. 准备/收集/提交PPAP给客户

Job Requirements:
1. 机械相关专业本科学历，或行业经验.
2. 英语口语流利，能读写
3. 良好的口头及书面表达能力，演讲能力及沟通能力
4. 熟练掌握office软件
5. 有汽车/非道路OEM行业经验，TS或相关认证企业从业经验优先.
6. 汽车行业质量体系相关工作经验，如 FMEA, 8D问题解决, SPC及MSA，及数据分析（如 Pareto）
6. 六西格玛绿带优先.
7. 熟悉各种测量方法（3D及GPS优先）

Dinex business concept is to develop, manufacture and distribute complete exhaust systems and emission technologies for all commercial vehicles and industrial machinery with diesel engines.
