Objective:
职位目标：
负责相关实验室的规划、开发及其相关的设备配置计划，维护实验室的正常运转保证实验设备的正常维护，支持研发和应用部门的实验数据需求，评估和分析客户实验要求，支持工厂运行和亚太区域集团公司的实验要求。
Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
主要职责及其他工作内容如下：
？ 负责执行产品的DV、PV测试
？ 负责执行产品年度形式实验;
？ 负责管理实验室和手工样件室的相关设备及其合理使用
？ 负责相关实验室的规划、开发及其相关的设备配置计划
？ 负责将部分试验委托在第三方实验室进行并对其进行有效管理
？ 负责初期阶段的相关手工样件的图纸转换及其制作
？ 负责实验室相关工具与耗材的购买与管理
？ 负责对工程研发、采购和生产质量进行相关技术支持
？ 负责相关实验报告的编写与发布
？ 负责所有客户的测试标准与测试方法的识别与确定
？ 负责实验室相关质量体系文件的编写、执行监督
？ 负责相关EHS体系相关文件的编写与执行监督工作
？ 参与相关产品的材料选型与性能确认工作
？ 负责实验室的5S相关工作与精益推行监督
？ 负责对实验室工作人员进行相关试验技术培训

？ 熟练应用CAD和OFFICE等办公软件
？ 有较强的团队意识；具有较强的协调、沟通能力，高度的工作热情和责任感。
？ 了解TS16949标准、OHSAS18001和ISO14001标准的基本知识

The project was started in June 2013, put into production in April 2014.The annual output will be for 7.02 million pieces of metal fittings,11.6 million pieces of plastic fittings, 33 million pieces of automotive key parts,after the project put into production.The annual sales will be about 300 million yuan, profit tax 40 million yuan.Changzhou plant will be product many automobile turbocharging with clamp after put into production in 2014.
