职位描述：
Purpose:
This role is to act as the key interface between R&D and manufacturing for process investigation, examination and scale up; lead product scale up from laboratory to pilot scale and assist in transfer to full manufacturing scale. The successful candidate will also participate in new product and process development within enterprise-wide stage gate system.

Responsibilities:
? Assist in the coordination of pilot activities in Liyang, work with the global R&I team to facilitate projects.
? Coach and develop technicians, chemists and engineers within the team to ensure engineering issues are addressed in product development.
? Manage all work related to process safety.
? Experimental validation and scale up of synthetic and process methods in the lab with acquisition of chemical engineering unit operation data to define the base for industrialization.
? Development of new products/processes and improvement of current products/processes in our key businesses.
? Support of the chemical processes in the manufacturing plants.
? Maintain lab and supervise lab co-workers to ensure safe and good lab practices at all time.

Profile:
? Master or Ph.D of BS Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (with strong chemistry background). Experience in inorganic powder process development and scale up experience in industrial environment is preferred.
? Good communication (both written and oral) is vital. English language skills mandatory.
? Knowledgeable on stage-gate project methodology is desirable.
? Must be able to handle multiple projects seamlessly.
? Ability to work in a team environment with customers and cross functional groups is important (matrix organization).
? 10 to 30% travel (domestic or international if needed) is expected for this position. 举报 分享
