职位描述：
Lean Engineer

Location: Shanghai (short term) & Changzhou (long term)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
? To be responsible for the complete lean engineering element of the project, from budget estimation through design, construction to hand-over, including:
 - Lean strategy development.
 - Factory 2.0 concept transferring
 - Data collection for each material flow and process flow and provide an analytical report for proposed improved solution
- Value stream mapping for future plant
- Waste identification and reduction from engineering point of view
? To communicate with all other project team members.
? To ensure that the new or modified plant is appropriate to the process, including:
- Material flow and process flow embedded with lean concept.
- Waste minimization.
- Improved value stream map
- consistent with site standards and preferred suppliers
- low maintenance features
- energy efficiency features
? to ensure that Lean Engineering issues are addressed through all phases of the project life cycle.
? to ensure that all activities within this responsibility are undertaken on time to allow the smooth progression throughout the Project from Initiation to Handover.
? to ensure that the design delivers all statutory and regulatory requirements in the lean Engineering area.
? to liaise with the Construction Representative to ensure that the construction activities in this discipline meet GIVAUDAN standard engineering practices, site procedures, regulatory and legal requirements and that the standard of workmanship is of the required quality.
? At Project Handover:
- to ensure that all data, drawings and relevant certificates/documentation are prepared and issued.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
? Degree in mechanical, chemical, industry engineering, from recognized organization or institution is a plus
? More than 7 years related working experience, at least 3 years of previous experience in lean management, preferably in a multi-national company
? Proficient in written English, strong communication skills. Good commend of oral English is a must.
? Motivation, orientation & team player
? Ability to work under pressure and capacity to handle multiple task at same time and rapidly solve problems
? Computer skills, Autocad, Project, Word, Excel and etc
