POSITION DESCRIPTION
 

Position Title: Production Planner生产计划员
Department: Production 生产部
Responsible to: Operations Manager
Reports to: Sourcing and Logistics Supervisor 物流主管
Subordinates: None

Duties:职责要求

Planning Duties:

? Receive, confirm and enter Sales Orders into ERP system.
接收，确认并且把销售订单录入ERP系统
? Maintain the Master Production Schedule, ensuring it is realistic and achievable through clear communication with Production Supervisors, General Manager and Operations Manager.
主计划排产，和生产主管们沟通使计划正确并可执行
? Plan and raise work orders for goods to be sold to establish the Master Production Schedule.
下达生产订单到各生产部门
? Raise Purchase order requisition for raw materials and purchased components.
根据采购要求下达原材料和零件采购单
? Maintain achievable schedule through communication with Production Supervisors.
维护计划的可执行性
? Ensure that all work order documentation in the factory is correct (quantity, finish date, work order number).确保所有下放到车间的订单正确（数量，完工日期，订单号码）
? Arrange sub-contractor orders and follow up delivery.
安排委外订单，并及时跟踪委外供应商的发货情况
? Prepare packing list and invoices for shipments.
准备销售发票和装箱单
? Prepare and arrange samples for shipment to customers.
安排客户样品

Education, Training and Experience Required
教育，培训和要求的相关经验

? University qualification in Supply Chain discipline.
供应链方面的大学学历
? Competent in written and a little bit spoken English.
良好的英文书写能力，有口语基础
? Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.).
熟练使用办公软件
? Experience using ERP packages (UFIDA preferred).
熟练使用ERP 系统，熟悉用友系统的优先考虑
? Working experience 1-3 years.
有1-3年计划相关的工作经验

? Plenty of initiative. 有足够的主观能动性
? Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work
