Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for shipment tracking, logistic cost and premium freight, and set up efficient information flow between logistics partners and the plant.
- Responsible for warehouse management
- Responsible for 3PL management
- Logistics cost
- On-time shipping
- Shipment follow up, Customs Clearance of Import / Export Shipments
- Internal/external warehouse management- risk control
- Implement effective system to follow up , timely departure using right mode of transport
- Implement effective system to track 100% of the shipments accurately.
- Manage and coach warehouse operators

Requirements:
- College or bachelor degree, logistics management related is preferred.
- 3+ years team leader experience, metal industry is preferred.
- Must also possess leadership skills to direct, lead and develop other personnel to accomplish personal, plant and corporate objectives
- Exceptional demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apparent strong problem solving skills/mindset. Must display a keen interest to learn, absorb complex topics, and ability to convey complex topics in simple memorable terms.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated expertise in MS Office tools as well as database, business intelligence and related tools/technologies
- Strong communication skills; written, oral, group facilitation.
- Strong leadership characteristics that are balanced to Novelis’ culture of collaboration and teamwork
- Take initiative in daily operation and come up with improvement proposals to management
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload; must be able to manage multiple tasks at once without sacrificing attention to detail
