销售跟单职位描述: (工作地点：江苏常州 招聘人数：2名)
1、拓展国内外市场，挖掘新客户、维护并壮大现有客户；
2、收集汇总市场和销售资料，统计月度年度销售数据报告；
3、电话或电邮日常联络、外销订单处理，确保按照客户要求安排工厂生产并准确及时交付；
4、接待并处理客户各项要求, 收集整理客户资料, 解决客户投诉；
5、记录和分析各项业务相关记录。

Sales documentary job description
1. Promote business for domestic and oversea market, strive for new customers, maintain current steady customers and expand business.
2. Collect and gather market and sales information, statistic the data and complete the monthly and annually sales report.
3. Daily communication with customers by email or telephone, order handling, coordinate the goods delivery between plant and customer, make sure all the shipments are sent out in time and meet customer’s required departure time.
4. Evaluate and handle customer requirements, collect required information and solve customer’s claims.
5. Documentation. Keep all related record in system and keep in file.

销售跟单任职资格:
1、 大学本科以上学历，国际贸易、市场营销、英文类等专业毕业；
2、 3年以上的外销跟单经验；
3、 英语口头及书面表达能力强，英文八级以上优先;
4、 熟悉进出口贸易实际操作流程；
5、 较强的商业谈判技巧，兼具一定的开拓和交流能力；
6、 较强的进取精神和团队合作精神，责任心强，抗压性强。

Sales documentary qualifications
1. University degree holder, International Trade, Marketing, English or related major,
2. Minimum 3-5 years working experience,
3. Fluent in English, oral and written, TEM-8 is a priority
4. Know well about the international trade operational process.
5. Good commercial business negotiation skills, efficient and persuasive communication
6. Team work, aggressive, responsible, and can work under stress
