This position as a financial business analyst aims at

1. Developing the understanding of key business processes from inputs and outputs and understanding of key customers and end-user markets,

2. Generating accurate forecast of Operating EBITDA and Cash Flow (one plant of Novelis Korea) and Analyzing variances in actual to support management decision making,

3.Preparing Monthly Management Review, Monthly Forecast Review and Annual Plan

4.Delivering requested information and reports on time with the high level of confidence on data for management to assess business performance.

5.Prepare monthly forecast such as sales revenue, sales/inventory price lag, normalized operating ebitda, balance sheet for one plant Korea and CAPEX for Asia.

6.Prepare CAPEX forecast and actual analysis by checking detail lists and communicating with plants.

7.Prepare monthly functional cost report

8.Prepare P&L and B/S for one plant Korea and ensure assumptions are applied correctly and appropriately.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in the field of finance

5+ years experience in multi-national manufacturing company

· Excellent interpersonal/communication skills to work with cross-pole, cross-country and cross-function team

· Solid finance analytical and problem solving skills in challenging business environment

· Personal traits should include the ability to utilize human relation skills to motivate, train, understand, and develop others to attain the objectives

· Desire to take initiative and develop a pro-active relationship with employees through follow-up, understanding their needs and fostering a collaborative relationship

· Ability to organize and prioritize workload; must be able to manage multiple tasks at once without sacrificing attention to detail

· Must be flexible and able to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment

Solid computer skills with software applications proficiency, including strong Microsoft Office skills. Ability to learn new software programs quickly
