Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for human resources management of whole department

3.Responsible for manufacturing methods of company’s products

4.Responsible for problem solving of manufacturing technical problems.

5.Work together with production to set up lean manufacturing line.
与生产一起建立精益生产线
6.Responsible for workshop maintenance cost reduction, including energy saving, maintenance skill development, waste elimination, etc.
负责车间维护成本的降低，包括能源节省，维护技能提高，及减少浪费等
7.Responsible for HSE of whole department
负责本部门的HSE管理

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanics or electrical
机械类或电气类本科或以上学历2.5 to 8 years of technical service experience on equipment or methods
5到8年工厂设备或工艺管理经验3.Use different ways to solve technical problems
能运用多种方法解决技术问题
4.Motivate the whole team on creativity on lean manufacturing or technical solutions. 激励团队在精益生产或技术方案上进行创新5.Good communication, organization, coordination skills and cross function work 具备良好的沟通，组织和协调能力，善于跨部门工作6.Good English in reading and writing and speaking is preferable.
具体英语读写能力及英语口语良好者优先。7.Good MS office skill, esp. PPT and Excel
