Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop, support, initiate and follow up of strategic and action plans in line with Business unit targets and objectives

2. Develop pricing strategies and product strategies

3. Continuously monitoring the result development of the unit to avoid surprises and if and when needed immediate initiate corrective actions

4. Report to general manager for the marketing status and marketing development plan regularly

5. Updating information on local market development and trend and adapt local plans accordingly

6. Manage and develop local team

7. Actively work to improve and expand customer base and sales

8. Finish the other duties assigned by management level.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Marketing & Sales, with mechanical background is a plus

2. 10 years' working experience about Marketing & Sales from mechanical industry at least, 5 years' sales management experience at least

3. Superb oral & written English

4. Excellent PC and presentation skills

5. Develops and implements strategies for profitable growth

6. Proactively seeks customer intelligence and create new opportunities

7. Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills

8. Willingness to travel all over the territory
