3、良好的分析能力，快速学习能力，良好的团队合作精神，以目标为导向的工作作风

*SCOPE AND IMPACT OF JOB( Responsibilities etc )
1. Implement company marketing strategy, develop new business
opportunities.
2. Contact and visit potential markets / customers for developing and
maintaining business.
3. Explore and develop the needs from customers, cross function cooperate
in company to satisfy customers’ needs.
4. Set up long term strategic relationship with key customers to endure
sales and market share increase.
5. Conduct sales & market survey, submit market and competitor trends and
build up customer data base.
6. Closely work with finance department to set up and implement customer
credit management system in accordance with company guide lines and
policies to strictly control our business risk. Implement the commercial
strategy and ensure related activities within the budget
*REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE (Skills and related work experience etc)
- Experience:
More than 3 years working experience in Sales or at least 5 years on PM.
- Skills:
1. Preferred background is from the stamping and pressing industry.
2. Familiar production process and procedure, have technology base.
3. Strong ability to develop new market and good sense on new business
opportunities.
4. Good analytical skills, quick learning ability, good team spirit,
target-oriented working style.
5. Lead and keep monitor projects ongoing until 1st delivery.
6. Professional attitude, highly motivated, well organized, diligent, able
to work independently.
7. Good interpersonal and communications skills both in Chinese and
English.
8. Very good computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), MS
Project.
*PERSONAL QUALITIES
Easy going, honest, good teamwork and spirit. Could work under pressure and
travel frequently.
