Job Description工作描述：
? Lead a group to perform development and qualification tests in engineering lab(s) and complete relevant engineering reports
? Lead new product development activities by following the qualification process and coordinating different functions from concept to production
? Closely work with Marketing to develop appropriate and competitive products or new materials for new market segments
? Work with Sales and Application functions as well as Service to ensure right products for customers with good-enough quality and cost effectiveness
? Support Operation functions to ensure OEM production is on schedule
? Work with Service and Warranty functions to quickly solve the field failure issues
? Support 6-Sigma and TS16949 certification
? Set up an effective and efficient system with high productivity for the responsible function
? Manage effectively and efficiently resources including budgeting, hiring, performance review, etc.


Qualifications任职资格：
Education background教育背景
? Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or equivalent (Master Degree preferred)
Work experience：工作经验
? Five or more years work experience in developing turbocharger and components for diesel engine or gasoline engine applications
? Excellent Mandarin and English in both writing and speaking
? Good command of Pro-E or similar CAD softwares-2D & 3D functions
? Familiar with PC Office software
? Able to prepare engineering documents
? Management experience is plus
? Green-belt

? Good personal relationship management skills
? Good in managing budget and spending as well as scheduling
? Good presentation and communication skills, confident, logical, convincing and forceful
? Thoroughly understanding of engine performance, emission regulatory, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances (ASME Y14.5-1994)
? In depth understanding of manufacturing processes both at the foundry and machining processes, including measurement analysis (GR&R) and capabilities studies (Cpk)
? Able to handle crisis situations and takes initiative to evaluate and solve design problems for customer with design collaboration directly within internal/external customers and suppliers
? Anticipates problems, recognizes and eliminates barriers and still be able to complete projects on due date
? Able to produce 2D engineering drawings & 3D modeling for product design
