-Work with relevant functions and outside contractor(s) to design and complete construction of permanent labs.
与相关部门合作，设计并完成一个永久实验室的建立。
-Work with relevant functions and take the responsibility in defining the spec of test equipment and recommending the list of equipment manufacturers with high quality and low cost.
与相关部门合作, 负责试验用设备的规格要求和推荐采购部门高性价比供应商的名单。
-Hire skillful professionals to meet company growth need in R&D.

-Grow Lab technicians to be capable of running and maintaining different testing rigs including engine dyno, gas stand, shaker, special rig, instrumentation, etc., to form a strong team that will meet internal customer need.
发展实验室技师们的能力，使他们能够完成包括发动机台架, 燃气台架, 震动台架、特殊测试台架，测量仪器系统的操作和维护，形成一支强队，满足内部客户的需求。
-Act as Planner，effectively use all available resources to achieve annual targets. The KPI includes running hours, test stand utilization rate, test report quality & customer satisfaction, etc., to meet the annual goals year by year.
作为计划者，有效安排各种资源，完成每年的主要运营指标，如实际运转时数，试验台架使用率，测试报告的质量，和客户满意度等等，以满足每年的年度目标。
-Continuously improve lab operation to be TS16949 compliance and reduce cost.
不断改进实验室营运机制，符合TS16949要求，并持续不断降低成本。
-In alignment with company needs, continuously improve the quality of communication with customer and the testing request system
根据公司的需求，不断改善与客户的沟通质量和试验要求申请处理系统
-Define and/or design required adaptors for different testing project when necessary.
需要时，对不同的试验项目，定规并设计各种过度接头
-Owner of lab STRAP and AOP
负责规划实验室的长期战略计划及年度营运计划
-Owner of lab HSE implementation & improvement
-负责实验室HSE的实施与改进


Qualifications任职资格：
-Bachelor degree in engineering, or above
工程学专业，本科学历以上
-Over 5 years working experience in engine lab or turbocharger engineering lab with at least one expertise in one function such as engine dyno, gas stand, vibration, etc.
5年以上，在发动机实验室或涡轮增压器试验室的工作经验，至少需具备一项专业技术区域，如发动机台架，或燃气台架， 震动台架等等。
-At least 3 years working experience as supervisor or manager
至少有3年以上，监督与管理的工作经验，
-Good communication skills in Chinese and English
良好的中英文沟通技巧
-Basic cost knowledge and product development process such as PEP
基础的成本知识和产品开发程序，譬如PEP
-Skillful on MS Office, MS project
熟悉各种办公软件
