General Position Description

Working closely with US engineering team, this role will develop new projects focusing on product design and improvement, drive cost out of new and existing products activities, provide technical support to local product lines and perform product quality control in China.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

·Assist with monthly closing, monthly forecast, and preparation of Operation Plan and Strategic Plan.

·Prepare Financial analysis Reports, including variance analysis, Operation profit bridge analysis, and interpretation of financial results from operations.

·Prepare the monthly products cost update report, and monthly expense performance analysis report by cost center.

·With the guidance from Financial controller, prepare the quarterly forecast and annual budget, as well as related analysis

·Provide precise and accurate understanding of reported figures and KPIs for business areas;

·Carry out the pricing, margin and cost analysis;

·Complete other adhoc business analysis requested by management.

Experience & Qualifications

· Educational: Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. CPA or other equivalent professional certification is preferred, but not necessary.

· Minimum 3 Financial Analysis preferably for a manufacturing company.

· English speaking and writing abilities.

Estimated Travel

·10% within and/or out of China.
