DUTIES/RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

?Responsible for full accounts payable cycle for a designated vendor base.
?Responsible for maximizing early payment discounts.
?Prepare ad-hoc reports as required for vendor related information.
?Provide support to auditors for accounts payable related matters.
?Correspond with vendors and employees regarding invoices and payments.
?Monthly statement and account reconciliations.
?Month end close procedures.
?Assist with HQ month-end corporate related journal entries
?Assist with Bank Reconciliations and other GL account reconciliations
?Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

?1-2 years accounting experience, preferably in a foreign invested company environment
?Passed Junior Accountant Certification
?Excellent written and verbal English skill
?Able to work in a high change/high pace environment under tight deadlines
?Proficient in Office Suite Products (Word, Excel, and outlook)
?Experience with ERP systems (primarily Oracle)
?Effective organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
?Dedicated, professional attitude; enthusiastic and willing to learn
?Attention to details is a must
