To plan customer orders and stock orders when receiving customer order or when production plan is set;

Confirm customer orders and release order to production;

Submit the raw materials requirements according to the plan; Prioritize orders and control "work-in-progress";

Check the availability of ingoing materials,especially exotic materials and trace the consumption;

Update the material plan when sales forecasts are received;

Inform the customer ASAP when there's a disturbance of deviations from ordered quantities or promised dispatch dates.

Deal with other production abnormal issue such as machine down and flexibility to adjust production plans;

Work with relevant departments to reach a best balance between production plan adjustment and customer requirement if there are any urgent orders or abnormality.

Requirements:

College degree;

Familiar with production planning;

Highly responsible attitude at daily work;

Coordination ability in problem solving;

ERP experience and good Excel skills;

Good ability to resist pressure;

Strong communication skills in oral and written English.
