According to product requirements to design process solutions, process design, preparation of process manuals, instructions, and other quality control point process documents;

Process design of new products, testing and tracking;

By optimizing process parameters, process improvements to increase productivity;

Worked closely with the Quality and Production Department to analyze and solve problems, help to solve customer complaints;

Training of workers.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree, majored in Polymer, Cable, Engineering or other closely related area;

At least 5 years work experience in cable manufacturing environment and from an international company is preferred;

Has the working experience of Extrusion and Braiding line;

Process Management experience is an advantage;

Good computer skills;

Good English skills both in written & oral.
