Bachelor degree in engineering or associated background.
Experience in manufacture engineering or in quality.
Familiar with ISO9001 / ISO14001/ IRIS, knowledge of quality system.
Knowledge on quality tools.
Good communication skills and organisation skills.
Fluent English in writing and speaking is prior.


Main tasks, duties, authorization limits and deputy functions:

Implement and maintain the Global Management System, keep making continuous improvements on GMS.

Be responsible for the compliance of all certification acquired by H+S China group companies within quality system aspect, implement GMS properly to meet ISO and IRIS standard request.

Participate in customer audit and 3rd party audit, follow up corrective actions and evaluate the effectiveness.

Support and qualify new projects on quality management system.

Support other departments on quality management system, develop and conduct training programs on GMS and other analysis tools (5W, 8D, DMAIC etc.)

Manage on annual internal audit, includes system audit, process audit and workshop audit, make plan, ensure the implementation, follow up corrective actions and evaluate the effectiveness.

Develop internal auditors and improve internal auditing skills.

Coordinate on TUV/ UL certification with AG, local certification organization and internal manufacturing work units.

Responsible for document control center, lead the DCC staff.

Support GMS quality manager on quality KPI, monthly report, presentation preparation.

Support or participate to FIT program as applicable.

Other tasks related to quality arranged by manager.
