Job Responsibilities:

- Accounting records and processes.

- Receiving and processing the invoices, expense forms and requests for payment

- Enter, updates and/or retrieves accounting data from automated kingdee system.

- Management of banking.

- Reconciles bank statements, transactions and/or department records.

- Cost control.

- Inventories control and administration,

- financial budget, cash flow, etc.

- Provides reports as required by Finance management team.

- Other general accounting duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Accounting practices and principles.

- Income tax laws and regulations.

- Inventory control and management.

- Experience in Kingdee system.

- Good computer packages skills.

- Ability to organize and coordinate the work of the unit.

- High sense of responsibility, honest, polite, team work spirit and discretion.
