- Lead QC/QE team

- In charge of customer concerns analysis, corrective action, preventive actions.

- Responsible for quality defects improvement and Kobetsu improvement projects.

- Monitor customer quality performance and evaluation result in order to increase customer satifaction

- Develop quality technical of QC /QE team according to rolling skill matrix requirements.

- Coordinate purchasing / SQE to follow up supplier material quality status at

- Coordinate daily audit, and follow & verify the corrective action

- Overview customer complaint status which define obvious reaction planning with project team.

- Develop QC inspection standard working time and increase inspection efficiency.

- Optimize the management of internal procedure / document / record
