？ Above 2 years’ experience on functional test, excellent knowledge in circuits, MEMs background is prior.
？ Good computer skill, such as windows OS, Office software…
？ Good English skill. Listen, speak and write well.
？ Good team member, keep good relationship with partner.

JD:
？ Support production on testing area.
？ Production yield analysis and improvement,
？ Fail units analysis, collect products testing data and provide weekly/monthly report;
？ Setup ATE, testing software management and parameter configuration;
？ Engineering change release and management;
？ Process working instruction, training documents create and continuous training for fresh man.
？ Assist engineer closely.
