Job description:

1. Enforce audit requirements from main customers include but not limited to Walmart, Staples, OfficeMax, etc. The audits including Social & Environmental compliance, Quality (FCCA), C-TPAT (SCS), and ISO9001:2008 and other management systems when applicable.

2. Continuously improve ISO 9001:2008, social accountabilities & sustainability, quality and factory security management systems.

3. Train management team and on site workers on requirements regarding SA and Sustainability, Quality (FCCA & ISO9001), and C-TPAT management systems.

4. DCC (document control center) Management. Responsible for central document release, maintaining and version control among the headquarters, internal departments and suppliers.

5. EHS Compliance Integration. Execute a phased implementation of enhanced environmental system and leverage Health and Safety Improvement program for the whole company, to enhance internal capacity to resolve deficiencies identified during internal audits; Ensure water discharge, air emission and hazardous waste comply with related laws, regulations and customer standards.

6. risk control within the company and take preventive measures.

7. Conduct energy efficiency programs in the company.

Qualification required:

a. Minimum 3 years working experience in a company such as Walmart, or working at factory with experience complying WM green requirements.

b. self-motivator with ability to work independently and leadership ability,

c. Organized person.

d. Proactive communication with both customers and internal department.

e. Able to read, write and speak English fluently.

f. Willing to work under pressure.
