Responsibilities,
1. Project mgmt. for new product development & introduction.
2. Create cross function team. project scope, schedule and budget, review and monitor progress. manage each gates'input and output, make sure the project under control.
3. Support for project manager for key projects like capacity sharing/new process/equipment development.
4. Monthly update of overall project lists.
5. Follow up key customer concern. visit customers if necessary.
6. Internal coordination for special topics.
7. Other requirement from management.

Qualification,
1. Bachelor degree,major in science and engineering.
2. At least 2 years' porject mgmt.
3. Familiar with TS 16949, APQP/PPAP element requirements.
4. Good English and communication skills.
